This website is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker, under the name Private Jet to Ibiza. Using the site means agreeing to the terms below.

Guide information

Season notes, flight times, hourly rates and other figures on these pages are guidance. They are not offers to sell a flight, and the real price and timing of a trip depend on the aircraft, the operator, the dates and the airport.

Binding quotes

A quote becomes binding only when a charter agreement is signed, and we disclose the operating carrier to you before you book. We act as broker; we do not own or operate aircraft, and the FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) carrier keeps operational control of the flight throughout.

Operator confirmation

Aircraft, times, slots and parking all depend on confirmation from the operator and, at Ibiza, from the airport. Operators may cancel or change a flight for reasons of safety, weather, maintenance or crew duty limits.

Taxes, fees and charges

All-in quotes include the taxes and charges known at the time of quoting, including, for domestic US flights, the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees. New or increased government or airport charges, and costs that vary on the day, are dealt with under your charter agreement.

Cancellation

Your charter agreement sets out what happens if you cancel or change a booked flight. Terms vary by operator and by how close to departure the change is made.

Our liability

The site comes without any warranty. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected with it. Rights you have by law, and liability the law does not let us limit, are unaffected.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to the laws of the United States and the State of New York.

Revisions

We may revise these terms from time to time; the version shown here, with its date, is current.
