Privacy notice

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet to Ibiza. This notice explains what that involves for your information.

Information you send

With a quote request we receive your name, email address and phone number, together with the trip: where you are flying from and to, dates, the size of your group and anything you add in the notes, such as hotel areas or a boat to Formentera. The request also carries the address of the page that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link you used.

What it is used for

First, to work out and send you options for the trip. Second, if you book, to arrange the flight and any onward transfer you ask us to help with. Third, and only with your tick in the box, to send occasional Ibiza season notes and empty-leg offers, which you can switch off from any of those emails.

Who receives it

Operators we approach to price or operate your flight, and the service providers that keep our email and systems running. They receive what their part of the job requires. We do not sell or rent your information to anybody.

Retention

Booking records stay for the period that tax, legal and accounting rules set. Requests that did not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed for the trip you asked about. Marketing consent remains until you withdraw it.

Your rights over it

You can ask for a copy of your information, for corrections, or for it to be deleted. Send us a reply to any email of ours, or write to us through the notes field of the quote form, and we will deal with it.

Cookies and analytics

Only cookies that are essential for the site to function, if any. There are no analytics, advertising tags or third-party scripts on these pages.

Children

We do not knowingly take quote requests from children under 16. Details of younger passengers are collected only as part of an adult's booking.

Protection

We apply reasonable safeguards to what you send. Please do not put passport numbers or card details in the request form; we will ask for what is needed, safely, if you book.

Changes to this notice

A new version will be posted here, dated, whenever this notice changes.
