How a trip comes together

1. You tell us the plan. Departure airport, dates, group size, and anything that matters, such as a tight dinner booking or a boat waiting in the port.
2. We go to licensed operators. Your advisor asks carriers with suitable aircraft for availability and checks what Ibiza can accept on your dates, including parking.
3. You compare all-in options. Each one names the aircraft and the operator, with taxes, airport and handling charges inside one figure.
4. You book. Sign the charter agreement, which names the operating carrier, and pay. Your advisor stays with the trip until you land.

Who flies you

Private Jet to Ibiza is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. Within Europe, that means a carrier holding an Air Operator Certificate from its national authority under EU or UK rules. The operator is responsible for the crew, the aircraft and every decision about whether and how a flight operates.

Standards we look for

Beyond the operating certificate, many operators carry independent audit ratings from ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO, and we tell you which ones apply to each option. Crews fly within legal duty and rest limits, which can shape late-night departures after a long day.
